JINFENG and Shandong University Advance Intelligent Sawing Research

Jinan Beifang Jinfeng Saw Industry Co., Ltd. continues to strengthen industry–university cooperation through its partnership with Shandong University, promoting innovation in intelligent and efficient sawing technology. As part of the collaboration, the two sides established the Shandong University Teaching Practice Base and the Shandong University–JINFENG Intelligent High-Efficiency Sawing Joint Laboratory. These platforms provide valuable opportunities for technical exchange, research cooperation, and talent development.

In recent years, experts and doctoral researchers from Shandong University have visited JINFENG to discuss technical challenges related to sawing applications and saw blade performance. Through joint discussions and research activities, both sides have explored solutions in areas such as material optimization, cutting parameter matching, process improvement, and product performance enhancement.

At a technical seminar held in 2025, JINFENG, Shandong University researchers, and industry partners exchanged views on key issues affecting saw blade quality, cutting efficiency, and service life. The discussions further strengthened cooperation and created a foundation for future research in intelligent sawing technology and advanced cutting solutions.
