The CNC100 high-speed intelligent circular saw machine is an independently developed fully automatic metal cutting solution designed for high-efficiency and high-precision sawing applications. It adopts an advanced horizontal push cutting structure for smoother cutting performance, higher stability, and significantly longer saw blade service life.
The machine integrates a rigid cast iron machine base, high-precision gearbox system, servo-driven feeding mechanism, hydraulic clamping system, spray cooling lubrication system, automatic lubrication system, chip conveyor, automatic loading rack, and intelligent separation system for finished materials and scraps.
