The CNC150 high-speed intelligent circular saw machine is a fully automatic metal cutting solution independently developed for high-efficiency and high-precision sawing applications. The machine adopts a stable horizontal push feeding structure, ensuring smoother cutting performance, higher durability of the ball screw system, and significantly extended saw blade service life.
The machine is mainly composed of a rigid cast iron machine base, gearbox system, servo feeding system, hydraulic clamping system, electrical control system, spray lubrication cooling system, automatic lubrication system, oil mist recovery system, chain-type chip conveyor, automatic loading rack, material separation device, and saw blade cleaning device.
